This clip is from a very famous Italian basketball coach, Ettore Messina. He is considered one of the two or three best coaches in Europe and will this year enter the NBA as an assistant for the Lakers. The four minute clip has a couple of things about basketball, but mostly it is pure coaching wisdom. It makes me feel very small.

i like his philosophy. it’s good to see more europeans get into the NBA (maybe not good for the european leagues, but great for the NBA!)
