Here is something that you don’t get to see very often, what a coach actually does with his day. This series of videos was produced by the Adelaide Football Club of the AFL. Of course you don’t really see much but you do get an idea that coaching is not just showing up on game day, one of my pet peeves, and you do get to see a little bit of how training is conducted (complete with beeps), which is always interesting.
